In one month’s time, we have all experienced a tremendous amount of change and loss. From the way we work to the way we grocery shop, very few tasks are “the way we’ve always done them.” The rites of passage of spring like the proms and graduations are not being held—or they’re being held through Zoom. Even the way we mourn the death of our family and friends has changed. All of this change and loss leads us to be swimming in the ocean of grief.
